2009 Annual Spring Meeting

The Labor and Employment Committee held a session on Friday, April 3, 2009 entitled "Pension Plan Liens: Nature, Scope and Peculiarities."

Joel Ruderman of the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation in Washington, D.C. moderated the session.  Panelists included Philip D. Anker of WilmerHale in New York, Chris Dickerson of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in Chicago and Israel Goldowitz of the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation in Washington, D.C.
