2009 Annual Spring Meeting

The Unsecured Trade Creditors Committee held a session on Friday, April 3, 2009 entitled "Exploring the Tensions Between Guarantors and Trade Creditors."

Sharon Marie Beausoleil of Fulbright & Jaworski LLP in Houston moderated the session.  Panelists included Kirk B. Burkley of the Bernstein Law Firm, PC in Pittsburgh, Edward M. Flint of Silverman Acampora LLP in Jericho, N.Y. and S. Margie Venus of Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP in Houston.
